Russell Weiner has served as Domino’s chief executive officer since May 1, 2022. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer and president – Domino’s U.S. from July 2020 to April 2022, during which he oversaw Domino’s U.S. business in addition to the global centers of excellence teams that support operations, development, marketing, innovation, analytics and insight, communications, and technology in more than 90 countries. Weiner was first named to the newly-created position of COO and president of the Americas in July 2018.
Prior to becoming COO, Weiner served as president of Domino's USA from October 2014 to July 2018, after joining the company as executive vice president – chief marketing officer in 2008. His impact on reshaping the Domino’s brand over that time was tremendous. Weiner led the award-winning “pizza turnaround” campaign, which became central to Domino’s success, and was named Brandweek’s 2010 Marketer of the Year in the restaurant category.
During Russell’s tenure (2008-2021) on the U.S. business, retail sales grew from approximately $3 billion to more than $8 billion and store count grew by over 25% – more than doubling Domino’s market share of QSR pizza in the U.S. Domino’s digital mix in the U.S. also grew from 11.5% of sales to more than 75%.
Weiner is responsible for leading several innovations throughout the company, including reformulating more than 80% of the brand’s menu and the creation of its "pizza theater" store design. He oversaw the launch of the DXP pizza delivery vehicle, testing of autonomous delivery platforms, and numerous digital innovations, including Domino’s AnyWare platform.
Prior to joining Domino's in 2008, Weiner oversaw marketing for Pepsi's North American cola business.
Weiner earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University, and an MBA in marketing and international business from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He currently serves on the board of directors of The Clorox Co.

Joe Jordan

Joe Jordan

President – U.S. and Global Services
Joe Jordan has served as Domino’s president – U.S. and global services since May 1, 2022. In this role, he oversees Domino’s U.S. business and key global centers of excellence.
Jordan previously served as executive vice president – international from April 2018 to April 2022, during which he successfully led Domino’s international business to achieve substantial growth and continue its track record of positive same store sales. From May 2015 to April 2018, Jordan served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. He was responsible for many key moments in Domino's marketing history, including the launch of Handmade Pan Pizza, Specialty Chicken, salads and several tech-driven campaigns, while leading Domino's Marketing Advisory Council and Domino's National Advertising Fund Board. In addition, Jordan helped create a revamped market-level approach to advertising and business planning for franchisees and designated market areas.
Jordan joined the Domino's marketing team in September 2011 as vice president of innovation and assumed responsibility for all field marketing activity in 2014. Prior to joining Domino's, Jordan worked at PepsiCo North America for six years, where he last served as a senior director of marketing.
Prior to PepsiCo, Jordan held marketing roles at Philips Electronics and Unilever, and was a consultant for Accenture in Washington D.C.
Jordan holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary. He currently serves on the board of directors for DPC Dash Ltd.

Kirk Armstrong

Kirk Armstrong has served as senior vice president – supply chain services since June 2022. He is responsible for driving strategy and developing the company’s roadmap for supply chain center operations, as well as the logistics team.
Prior to Domino’s, Armstrong served as vice president of supply chain at Ace Hardware, where he was responsible for a network of 29 facilities, as well as field human resources, quality, logistics, engineering and safety. He joined Ace Hardware from Essendant (formerly known as United Stationers) and prior to that, Grainger, where his responsibilities included sourcing, operations and logistics.
Armstrong holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a master’s degree in logistics from Georgia Tech.

Ross Behrman

Senior Vice President – Team USA
Ross Behrman has served as senior vice president of Team USA since December 2022. He is responsible for leading Domino’s organization of corporate-owned stores across the U.S.
Behrman previously served as the vice president of Domino’s West region, where he led franchise operations. Prior to that, he was the franchise operations director for the West region and before then, he served as the director of corporate operations in Phoenix. Behrman joined Domino’s in 2009 as part of the company’s franchisee-in-training program and quickly rose through the ranks of Team USA and franchise operations, working as a franchise business consultant and then manager of corporate operations.
Behrman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in hospitality business and entrepreneurship from Michigan State University.

Mike Davis

Mike Davis

Senior Vice President – U.S. Technology Enablement and Delivery
Michael Davis has served as senior vice president of U.S. technology enablement and delivery since February 2022. He is responsible for leading Domino’s retail and store IT services teams, as well as the domestic e-commerce business and enterprise information management team.
Before his current role, Davis served as Domino’s vice president of global store technology – a position he held since 2020. He previously worked as the vice president of global IT franchise operations, payments and supply chain technologies prior to serving as the vice president of Pulse development and corporate systems.
Although Davis joined Domino’s corporate headquarters in 2008 as the director of international IT, his Domino’s roots date back to 1987 when he began working as a delivery expert. After progressing into a supervisor role, he started a company called Davis Systems in 1992, during which he wrote and sold a point-of-sale system to Domino’s. After merging with Breakaway International in 1998, he wrote a second point-of-sale system, which Domino’s also purchased in 2000.

Art D'Elia has served as executive vice president – international since May 1, 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the Domino’s business in more than 90 countries around the world.
D’Elia previously served as Domino’s executive vice president – chief marketing officer from July 2020-April 2022, after working as senior vice president – chief marketing officer since February 2020. D’Elia joined Domino's in January 2018 as senior vice president – chief brand and innovation officer. He has been instrumental in leading the brand’s advertising, digital marketing, innovation efforts and product development, including Domino’s Hotspots®, Domino’s Carside Delivery®, and Oven-Baked Dips.
Prior to Domino’s, D'Elia served as chief marketing officer for Danone Dairy's business unit which serviced the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg. He joined Dannon U.S. (a subsidiary of Danone) in 2010 as director of marketing for its children's brands. D'Elia worked at PepsiCo in corporate strategy, development and marketing for the North American beverage business from 2003 to 2010.
D'Elia graduated from the University of Michigan and brings broad experience in brand management, including creative advertising development, media strategy, agency management and innovation to Domino’s.

Kelly Garcia

Kelly Garcia has served as Domino’s executive vice president – chief technology officer since October 2020. He is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership, as well as developing and implementing strategic information technology initiatives that support and improve Domino’s business worldwide.
Prior to his current role, Garcia served as senior vice president, chief technology officer – eCommerce and tech innovation. Since joining Domino’s in 2012 as vice president – eCommerce development, Garcia and his team, in partnership with Domino’s marketing department, have helped deliver industry-leading consumer experiences and technology innovations. Since 2015, he has introduced 13 innovative AnyWare ordering platforms, including those developed for Apple Watch, Samsung TV, Twitter, text message and a unique zero-click ordering app. More recently, AnyWare partnerships with Amazon Echo, Google Home and Facebook Messenger have evolved to also include advanced AI ordering capabilities.
In late 2017, Garcia and his team began testing autonomous vehicle delivery by executing a pioneering test program with Ford Motor Co., and assessing the execution and customer experience around pizza delivery for the future.
Prior to Domino's, Garcia was with R.L. Polk & Co. from 2004 to 2012, most recently as vice president of business intelligence and North American operations. He served in several global application development and support roles. Before R.L. Polk, Garcia was manager of consulting services in the technology and supply chain sectors of Capgemini.
Garcia graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in computer science and engineering.

Frank Garrido

Frank Garrido has served as Domino’s executive vice president – U.S. operations and support since March 2021. In this role, Garrido oversees franchise and company-owned operations in the U.S., as well as the team responsible for global operations support. Garrido previously served as senior vice president – Team USA from June 2020 to March 2021, during which he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations for Domino’s company-owned stores across the U.S. Garrido joined Domino’s in March 2017 as vice president – franchise operations for the East region.
Prior to joining Domino’s, Garrido served as vice president of operations for Focus Brands, the franchisor and operator of more than 6,000 restaurants under the brand names Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, and Schlotzsky’s, from March 2015 to March 2017. From July 2013 to March 2015, he served as executive vice president of operations, training and concept development for Edible Arrangements International.
Garrido graduated from Widener University with a degree in hospitality management and is a Certified Franchise Executive.

Stefania Gvillo

Stefania Gvillo has served as Domino’s senior vice president – chief analytics and insights officer since joining the company in September 2020.
Prior to joining Domino’s, Gvillo was the global head of strategic insights and analytics at Mondelēz International, where she and her team steered decisions on iconic brands like Oreo, Cadbury and belVita.
She is passionate about building high performance teams as well as fueling business decisions by intersecting hard data with human empathy and cultural trends. Gvillo is influential in transforming brands, increasing consumer value and driving sustainable growth.
Gvillo previously spent 15 years at PepsiCo in progressive roles and ultimately served as vice president of portfolio strategy and consumer insights for the North America beverages division. Prior to PepsiCo, she held various insights and analytics roles at Clorox, Ralston Purina and in the dot-com industry.
Gvillo holds an MBA from Washington University, with a concentration in marketing.

Cindy Headen

Cindy Headen has served as Domino’s executive vice president – supply chain services since August 2020. Headen previously served as senior vice president – global procurement and supply chain operations from December 2018 to August 2020, after joining Domino's as vice president of procurement and replenishment in November 2015.
In her current role, Headen leads all supply chain services, including overseeing 27 fresh dough manufacturing and food distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, one vegetable processing plant, and two facilities that make the company’s thin crust product. She is also responsible for the equipment and supply division, global procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, and transportation.
During her time with Domino’s, Headen has been instrumental in negotiating contract terms and stabilizing pricing from suppliers. Headen also played a key role in opening three new supply chain centers in New Jersey, South Carolina and Texas between 2018 and 2020.
Prior to joining Domino's, Headen spent nearly 16 years with PepsiCo USA, where she was responsible for global procurement.
Headen holds a degree in metallurgical engineering from Lehigh University.

Fred Lund

Senior Vice President – Global Development & Sustainability
Fred Lund has served as senior vice president – global development and sustainability since May 2021. In this role, he leads the global development center of excellence aimed at accelerating market development and the onboarding of new markets for the brand across the globe. Lund is responsible for store growth strategy, planning and execution, new franchisee recruiting, and facility management of all corporate-owned assets. He also oversees the company’s sustainability strategy as part of Domino’s focus on environmental, social and corporate governance.
Lund previously served as Domino’s regional vice president for the EMENA region – a role he assumed in 2018. From 2013-2018, he was vice president of international development. Since joining Domino’s in 2006, he held various roles related to new market development and operations within international.
Prior to Domino’s, Lund held an assortment of positions related to international market development at Nutraceutical and Viasoft.
Lund holds a Bachelor of Science in management and certificate in international business from Arizona State University. He also has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Kevin Morris

Kevin Morris has served as Domino's executive vice president – general counsel since joining the company in January 2017. He was appointed to also serve as corporate secretary in October 2018.
Morris brings decades of experience within a wealth of critical legal functions. Prior to joining Domino's, he was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Equinox Holdings Inc., and its various operating subsidiaries and affiliates. These include a portfolio of lifestyle brands, including Equinox, SoulCycle, Blink Fitness and Equinox Hotels.
He has worked for some of the world's most well-respected brands, and has global experience tied to mergers and acquisitions, major financing transactions, corporate governance, and intellectual property protection.
His extensive experience also includes operating his own private legal practice, and prior to that, serving as vice president and associate general counsel at Global Hyatt Corp., a predecessor in interest to Hyatt Hotels Corp. Morris also was senior international attorney and staff director at McDonald's Corp., and began his career as an attorney at Rudnick & Wolfe, a predecessor in interest to DLA Piper.
Morris holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Illinois.

Lisa Price

Lisa Price has served as Domino’s executive vice president – chief human resources officer since joining the company in August 2019.
Before joining Domino's, Price served as senior vice president of human resources at Nordstrom from December 2015 to August 2019, leading human resources teams for key corporate functions including technology, data science, finance, credit, strategy, legal, supply chain and store operations. Prior to her time at Nordstrom, she spent more than 15 years at Starbucks supporting the company's rapid growth and global expansion in a variety of human resources roles, last serving there as vice president of partner resources. Throughout her career, Price has demonstrated passion toward developing team member skills and talents, as well as facilitating positive organizational change.
Price holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minor in mathematics from Occidental College, and a Master of Science in organization development from American University.

Sandeep Reddy

Sandeep Reddy has served as Domino’s executive vice president – chief financial officer since joining the company in April 2022. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, planning, treasury, accounting, tax, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relations.
Before joining Domino’s, Reddy served as executive vice president and CFO of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. since July 2020. He led the company’s emergence from the pandemic with strong financial results in 2021 and served as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and the leadership team in strategy development. Reddy worked as the CFO of GUESS? Inc. from July 2013 to December 2019. Prior to that role, since 2010, he served as vice president and European CFO of GUESS? Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s European finance functions, including financial planning, treasury, accounting, and tax. From 1997 to 2010, Reddy held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility for Mattel Inc., ultimately serving as vice president of finance and supply chain for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Reddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Debbie Sweeney

Debbie Sweeney has served as Domino’s senior vice president – franchise relations and system engagement since February 2020. In this role, Sweeney is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with the brand’s franchise community and for the rollout of initiatives that directly impact franchisees.
Sweeney served as vice president of franchise relations from July 2018 to February 2020, leading a similar function for more than 700 Domino’s franchisees in the U.S.
Prior to her franchise relations roles, Sweeney served in a number of key marketing positions at Domino's, including vice president of national field and Team USA marketing from May 2015 to July 2018, director of national field marketing from August 2014 to May 2015, and marketing director since joining the company in 1996. During her tenure, Sweeney was instrumental in developing and rolling out a new market planning process.
Before Domino’s, Sweeney spent four years with Subway as director of marketing.
Sweeney earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Maryland.

Maui Thai-Tang

Maui Thai-Tang has served as senior vice president of global product engineering since February 2022. She is responsible for driving the transformation and delivery of Domino’s current and next generation store systems, as well as its global market readiness. Thai-Tang also oversees technology disciplines to bring cohesive engineering across Domino’s future commerce platforms, applications and offerings.
Prior to her current role, Thai-Tang served as Domino’s vice president of technology – global store ERP since 2021. She joined Domino’s in 2016 as director of Pulse reengineering and was promoted to vice president of technology – next generation store systems in 2019.
Before joining Domino’s, she worked as the director of IT loan servicing for Credit Acceptance Corp. She previously worked at RL Polk Co. as a senior technical manager and Ford Motor Co. as a solution architect for a program that re-architected legacy product development and finance tools.
Thai-Tang holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

Christopher Thomas-Moore

Christopher Thomas-Moore

Christopher Thomas-Moore has served as senior vice president – customer and store experience since November 2021. In this role, he leads digital experience and loyalty, retail technology, delivery technology, operation innovations, and international digital marketing.
Thomas-Moore previously served as Domino’s vice president of digital marketing, media and product innovation since February 2020. During that time, he was responsible for all digitally driven customer acquisition and retention programs, media planning (linear, nonlinear and digital), and product/menu development. Thomas-Moore joined Domino’s in 2018 as vice president of global e-commerce and digital marketing.
Prior to Domino’s, Thomas-Moore spent seven years at Extended Stay America as vice president of e-commerce and digital marketing. His career in technology and e-commerce began at Pace Communications where he led the development of white-labeled brand identities, e-commerce sites, digital marketing efforts and product lines for various clients.
Thomas-Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Kate Trumbull

Kate Trumbull has served as Domino’s senior vice president – brand and product innovation since November 2021, in which she oversees advertising, media, product innovation, and national sales.
Trumbull previously served as Domino’s vice president of advertising and Hispanic marketing – a position she held since 2017. In that role, she oversaw consumer-facing creative across television, radio, print and packaging. Trumbull led the launch of numerous campaigns, including Surprise Frees, the 2-Minute Guarantee, Domino’s Carside Delivery®, Rain Check Registry, Paving for Pizza and more.
Prior to, she served as Domino’s director of digital marketing, during which she oversaw owned and paid digital marketing, digital media, and social media marketing. As the director of loyalty, she led the team that designed and launched Domino’s award-winning Piece of the Pie Rewards program. During her time with Domino’s, Trumbull also served as the manager of field marketing for 400 corporate-owned stores in the U.S.
Trumbull joined Domino’s in 2011 from Procter & Gamble, where she worked in brand management.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

David A. Brandon has served as Executive Chairman of Domino’s Board of Directors since April 2022 and as Chairman of the Board from March 1999 to April 2022.
Mr. Brandon also served as our Chief Executive Officer from March 1999 to March 2010 and as Special Advisor from March 2010 to January 2011. Mr. Brandon most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Toys “R” Us, Inc., formerly the world’s largest specialty retailer of toy and baby products, from July 2015 to December 2018. Previously, he was the Director of Athletics at the University of Michigan from March 2010 to October 2014. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Brandon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis, Inc., a company in the sales promotion and coupon industries, from 1989 to 1998 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valassis, Inc. from 1997 to 1998.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Domino’s, Mr. Brandon also serves on the Boards of Directors of DTE Energy Co. and Herman Miller, Inc. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of Toys “R” Us, Inc., Burger King Corporation, Kaydon Corporation, Northwest Airlines and the TJX Companies, Inc.

C. Andrew Ballard has served on Domino's Board of Directors since July 2015. Mr. Ballard is the Chairperson on the Inclusion & Diversity Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Ballard currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Wiser Solutions, Inc., a technology and data company, a position he has held since December 2012. Mr. Ballard is also Founder of Figtree Partners, an investment firm focused on software and technology, and has served as its Managing Partner since November 2012. In addition, he has served as a Senior Advisor at the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman LLC since December 2012, where he previously served as Managing Director from 2006 to 2012 and as a Director from 2004 to 2006. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 2003, Mr. Ballard worked at Bain Capital, LLC in San Francisco and Boston, as well as Bain & Company, Inc. from 1994 to 2002.
In addition to serving on Domino's Board, Mr. Ballard is currently Chairman of Datacor, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Zignal Labs, and has held previous board roles at Activant Solutions Inc., Catalina Marketing Corporation, DoubleClick Inc., Getty Images, Inc., Internet Brands, Inc. and Vertafore, Inc. Mr. Ballard is the Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee of the San Francisco Foundation. He is also actively involved with Family Connections, a tuition-free preschool for under-served families.

Andrew B. Balson has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since March 1999 and serves as the Chairperson of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Balson is currently the Managing Partner of Cove Hill Partners, L.P., a firm formed to make private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Balson was the Chief Executive Officer of Match Beyond, an innovative college completion program that helps low-income young adults attain college degrees and prepare for the workforce, a position he held from January 2015 to June 2016. Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer of Match Beyond, Mr. Balson was a Managing Director at Bain Capital, LLC, a global investment company, from 2001 to 2013. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in January 1998.

Corie S. Barry has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since July 2018 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Inclusion & Diversity Committee of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Barry currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software and appliances, a position she has held since June 2019, at which time she was also appointed to Best Buy’s board of directors. Ms. Barry previously served as Best Buy’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Strategic Transformation Officer from June 2016 to June 2019, Chief Strategic Growth Officer from October 2015 to June 2016, Interim President of Geek Squad Services from March 2015 to May 2016, Senior Vice President of Domestic Finance from May 2013 to October 2015 and in a variety of financial and operational roles, both in the field and at the corporate campus, since joining Best Buy in 1999. Prior to Best Buy, Ms. Barry worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited from 1997 to 1999.

Diana F. Cantor has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since October 2005 and serves as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Cantor is currently a Partner at Alternative Investment Management, LLC, a position she has held since January 2010, and is a past Chairman of the Virginia Retirement System, where she served as a Trustee and a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee from 2010 through 2020. Ms. Cantor was a Managing Director with New York Private Bank and Trust from January 2008 to the end of 2009. Ms. Cantor served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Virginia College Savings Plan, the state’s 529 college savings program, from 1996 to January 2008. Ms. Cantor served as Vice President of Richmond Resources, Ltd. from 1990 to 1996, and as Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1985 to 1990.
In addition to serving on Domino’s Board of Directors, Ms. Cantor serves on the Boards of Directors of Universal Corporation (Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee) and VICI Properties Inc. Richard L. Federico has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since February 2011 and is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Federico served as Non-Executive Chairman of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. based in Scottsdale, AZ, from February 2016 until its acquisition in March 2019. Mr. Federico previously served as Executive Chairman of P.F. Chang’s from March 2015 to February 2016 and as Chief Executive Officer or Co-Chief Executive Officer from September 1997 to March 2015. Mr. Federico joined P.F. Chang’s as President in 1996, when he also began his service on its Board of Directors. Mr. Federico started his career in the restaurant industry as a Manager at Steak & Ale, and later at Orville Beans and Bennigan’s restaurants. He went on to develop Grady’s Goodtimes, serving as Co-Founder/Partner and Vice President of Operations until Brinker International, Inc. acquired Grady’s in 1989. Upon joining Brinker International, Mr. Federico served as Senior Vice President and concept head for Macaroni Grill before being promoted to President of the Italian Concept division. As President, he directed operations and development for Macaroni Grill and Spageddies.
In addition to serving on Domino’s Board of Directors, Mr. Federico currently serves on the Boards of Directors of RPT Realty and Tastemaker Acquisition Corp. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Prime Steak Concepts, True Food Kitchen and Boqueria, all privately-held restaurant concepts. Mr. Federico previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jamba, Inc. He is a Founding Director of Chances for Children.

James A. Goldman has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since March 2010, serves as Chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Goldman is currently a Senior Advisor at Eurazeo SE, a private equity firm listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, and serves on the Boards of Directors of several of its portfolio companies: Q Mixers, a leading premium carbonated mixer brand, Waterloo Sparkling Water Corp., a carbonated beverage company, and Dewey's Bakery, a premium baked goods company. Mr. Goldman served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Goldman was President of the Food and Beverage Division at Campbell Soup Company from 2001 to 2004 and served in various executive positions at Nabisco, Inc. from 1992 to 2000. Prior to his work at Nabisco, Mr. Goldman was a senior consulting associate at McKinsey & Company, Inc.
In addition to serving on Domino’s Board of Directors, Mr. Goldman serves on the Board of Directors of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. where he is a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is on the Executive Board of the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI and the Advisory Board of FEED Projects in New York, NY. Mr. Goldman previously served on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Place, Inc. He also served on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of Save the Children in Fairfield, CT and the Board of Trustees at the YMCA Camps Becket and Chimney Corners in Becket, MA.

Ms. Lopez most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of High Ridge Brands Co., from July 2017 to March 2020. Ms. Lopez served as a Senior Vice President at Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from January 2015 to July 2016, a Senior Vice President at Avon Products, Inc. from December 2012 to November 2014 and previously held various positions at The Procter & Gamble Co. for 25 years, most recently serving as a Vice President and General Manager overseeing its Eastern Europe business.
