Across the last few months, the finance, procurement, communications and IT teams have joined forces to improve the way we process supplier payments. We are excited to introduce Dot-Pay: a new initiative that will enable us to better manage our business and become more efficient by providing secure, online payments to our suppliers. Our partner in this initiative is Vendorin, the leading authority in electronic payments. Starting in February, they began an email and phone campaign to collect and/or update supplier contact information and help our suppliers enroll in Dot Pay. Enrollment should take less than 5 minutes and all information will be validated to reduce fraud risk and ensure invoices can be paid quickly.

In your conversations with suppliers, you can let them know about the benefits of Dot-Pay, assure them of the safety and reputation of Vendorin and encourage them to enroll.
