## DID YOU KNOW

More than 95% of Domino’s franchisees in the U.S. started off as part-time pizza makers or delivery drivers. That’s not a coincidence. Domino’s prides itself in building excellence around its team members and franchisees. Much of Domino’s success has come from is franchise business model, which is an internally based franchise system.

## WANT TO BECOME A FRANCHISE OWNER?

Current Domino’s team members in the U.S. who are interested in owning a piece of the pie should visit the company’s [Franchise Management School](https://pienet.dominos.com/Interact/Pages/Section/Default.aspx?Section=3327&ref=biz.dominos.com) page on its internal website or email [franchising@dominos.com](mailto:franchising@dominos.com).

## NOT A DOMINO’S TEAM MEMBER, BUT INTERESTED IN BECOMING A FRANCHISEE?

We encourage those who are interested in franchising to follow the path of most Domino’s franchise owners and learn how to run and operate a store or supervise multiple stores, before investing in their own. At this time, Domino’s is only considering internal franchisee candidates. In order to become a franchisee in the U.S., you must have at least one year of experience working as a Domino’s general manager or supervisor.

To find a nearby Domino’s job and start the path towards owning your own store, visit [jobs.dominos.com](https://jobs.dominos.com/?ref=biz.dominos.com).
