Empowering People
COMMITMENT TO OUR CORE VALUES
Our mission, rooted in our values, to ‘feed the power of possible, one pizza at a time’, starts with our people. Domino’s team members have a passion for innovation and learning, a commitment to our core values and to delivering the joy of pizza worldwide. We believe that fostering a sense of belonging for everyone promotes a culture where anything is possible. That is why we are committed to building an environment that welcomes, seeks to understand and values everyone’s contribution. We are made better together. Our Empowering People efforts, focus on three pillars:
WORKFORCE
Workforce Composition
At Domino’s, we believe attracting, retaining and developing a workforce whose background and experiences represent the communities we serve is a competitive advantage, helping us meet the needs of our customers, team members, and franchisees. We are committed to reporting our diversity representation at all levels. Goals have been established based on market labor trends projected to 2030, and are outlined in the table below. Progress and opportunities are reviewed annually with our senior leaders and Board of Directors. You can find more information in our Stewardship Report.
Employee Wellbeing and Inclusive Benefits
Our commitment to ‘put people first’ means that we work to ensure that our team members feel valued and supported. We know that our team members enable our success, and we remain committed to their overall wellbeing and development. Domino’s offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible team members in the U.S., including several benefits designed to promote an inclusive workplace and other programs to help eligible members manage and optimize their health.
Domino’s offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible team members, including several benefits designed to promote an inclusive workplace like paid parental leave programs, adoption reimbursement, fertility benefits, discounted childcare tuition, and medical plans covering domestic partners and gender affirming surgery. We also offer eligible team members a 401(k) plan, education assistance, access to financial education, a back-up childcare network and access to legal assistance.
Beyond basic insurance programs, Domino’s offers other wellness services to help eligible team members manage and optimize their health. These no-cost programs include smoking cessation, diabetes and hypertension management, at-home physical therapy, and emotional support through Domino’s team member assistance program, which is available to all part-time and full-time team members and their dependents. Additionally, we provide up to 40 hours per year of paid sick time for all part-time and full-time team members, with no waiting period for our part-time team members who begin accruing sick pay on their first day of hire, and access to an outside wellness platform featuring 4,000+ videos on topics like mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and financial well-being.
Pay Equity
Domino’s commitment to creating an inclusive work environment is built on a foundation of providing equal access to employment opportunities and equal earning potential for our team members. Every year we assess if there are statistically significant gaps in pay for substantially similar groups of team members after controlling for variables that would impact pay, such as level, job family, management role, location, and age as a proxy for experience.
We are proud to have maintained pay equity across job families for all team members* in our offices, corporate-owned stores and supply chain centers for our salary and hourly positions. This was achieved through proactive examination of pay, in collaboration with third-party experts. Previously, Domino’s removed all questions from the application and interview process related to pay history; removing a key barrier and enabling candidates to be paid in line with their peers and salaries in the market. Pay and salary rates for all positions are regularly reviewed to monitor equitable pay practices across Domino’s.
*Excluded from the review are CDL Drivers, who were paid on an activity model.
WORKPLACE
Team Member Engagement
Domino’s is committed to fostering an engaged culture in the workplace where people are respected and appreciated, and where team members listen, learn, and support each other. We define team member engagement as the strength of the connection team members feel toward the work they do, their teams and the overall organization. Every year our aim is to proactively and continuously listen to our team members’ sentiment around their work, direct manager, teams, culture, and overall commitment to the brand. Through deep analyses and leader-led listening sessions, we strive to validate our efforts and commit ourselves to making year-over-year improvement as we propel Domino’s to be a workplace of choice.
Business Resource Groups
One of the ways we engage our team members is through our business resource groups (BRGs), which are open to all team members regardless of demographics. In 2023, our BRGs held company-wide fireside chats featuring inclusive topics and speakers, provided best practice sharing, and helped team members enhance professional skills and nurture meaningful work connections. Our five BRGs serve as trusted advisors to functional business groups while continuing to foster a culture of belonging, inclusion and allyship.

Development Pathways
Domino’s began humbly and our history of starting small and dreaming big remains at the core of our brand. Opportunity for everyone is important. That is why Domino’s provides employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, pregnancy, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, age, disability, genetic information, uniformed service, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by applicable federal, state or local law such as height, weight, sexual orientation, and gender identity and expression.
Domino’s team members are empowered to drive their own success through different resources, training, performance achievement processes, and several development programs.
- Domino’s Operations Leadership Development Program provides operations, business, and leadership training by learning the Domino’s business model from the ground up. This prepares future leaders for roles such as in corporate operations, a franchise business consultant, and other leadership roles.
- Supply Chain Services Driver Development Program offers Domino’s team members the opportunity to move from hourly supply chain or store positions into high-paying truck-driving jobs. Domino’s covers the cost of driving school and the license, and then pairs new drivers with trainers.
- Tech Rotation Program provides select new hires with a chance to experience different areas of technology through four six-month rotations. This helps broaden perspective and build technologists, as well as future technology leaders.
- Tuition reimbursement (or Education Assistance Plan) provides eligible team members with financial assistance as they pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree.
You can learn more about the success of these programs and others in the Stewardship Report.
MARKETPLACE
Opportunity in Franchising
The spirit of entrepreneurship and the opportunity to go from delivery expert to franchisee makes Domino’s a truly unique brand. We have a strong history of internal growth – substantially all of our U.S. franchisees started as delivery experts or other in-store positions – which speaks to the power of what’s possible with our brand. We encourage experienced store managers and supervisors to apply for Franchise Management School (FMS), where operators receive training for a successful transition from store management into store ownership. We launched a new Power of Possible Fund, which will continue to expand opportunities to achieve the dream of becoming a franchisee. Over the next five years, Domino’s has committed $5 million to support new franchisees on their journey to entrepreneurship.
